Here at Wave, we focus individually on each of our clients' strengths and weaknesses and tailor a workout to ensure that their goals are being met. Be it rehabilitation from an accident or injury, sport specific sessions, pre and post natal…and we can now proudly say that we are the only Pilates studio in South Tampa offering PED-A-LATES. This is a unique class designed to combine cardiovascular training with the principles created by Joseph Pilates to help build a strong mind and body. Ped-a-lates is a 60 minute class with the first 30 minutes dedicated to spinning and the latter 30 minutes dedicated to Pilates on the reformer. So whatever your fitness and health goals may be, Wave Pilates can’t wait to be the stepping stone you need to achieve them!!
